你話吾飲奶,係咪因為連脫脂奶都有十三克糖?我見巧克力奶就二十四克糖,soymilk has two gram while almond milk has NO SUGAR at all!!! rice milk also has lots of sugar...so skim milk is a bad food actually despite that ZERO fat?
我無話唔飲奶, 不過我係少飲, 其實脫脂奶都係有糖架, 有一些食物本身係有糖分.
